We’ve always started with dessert. The Pâtisserie is what happens when you take that seriously: eight individual cakes, each finished by hand at the HD Atelier in Preston and sent out fresh to every Haute Dolci.

There’s The Pistachio and The Rocher for the nut lovers, a glossy Red Velvet, The Bûche in dark chocolate, a salted Caramel Cloud and a proper Tiramisu. Two cheesecakes complete the line-up: strawberry, and Lotus Biscoff.
Order one for yourself, or a box of two or four for the table. They’re in store only, halal like everything we make, and at their very best on the day. They’re good the next day, too.
