Since 2018 we've been building rooms where dessert comes first: made by hand, 100% halal and designed to be remembered.
The name
Haute, as in haute couture. Dolci, Italian for sweets. Together, a promise: dessert made with a dressmaker's care.

It started at Cheshire Oaks
Our first room opened with one simple idea: dessert shouldn't be an afterthought. Put it first, make it by hand and serve it somewhere worth dressing up for.
We call it affordable luxury. The feeling of a special occasion, at a price that means you don't have to wait for one.

The HD Atelier
Preston is home. It's where our head office sits, and where the HD Atelier is: the pastry kitchen behind the Pâtisserie.
Eight individual cakes, each finished by hand. Best on the day, good the next. It's the most couture thing we do.

Every room, its own colour story
No two Haute Dolci look alike. Blossom pink, navy velvet, onyx and gold: each room is designed around a palette of its own.

2018
The first room
Cheshire Oaks opens in January. The blueprint is set: dessert first, made by hand, somewhere worth the trip.
2025
Dolci Mono
Our first kiosk opens at Birmingham's Bullring in December. The signatures, in a smaller frame.
2026
22 UK locations
The Pâtisserie arrives from the HD Atelier, Reading opens in August and a new menu lands in September.
